Place the tape at the corner of your neck, straight over the bust in front to the nipple and measure the distance.

Place the tape well under arms, straight across the back & over the bust in the front and measure the upper part of the bust

Place the tape well under arms, straight across the back & over the bust in the front and measure the fullest part of the bust

Wrap the measuring tape around your back, and under your arms. Measure just below the bust

Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist. Please make sure the tape is straight
