Order Processing

All orders are scheduled to ship in 3 to 4 business days form the date of receiving an order with complete information and cleared payments.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will send you a notification of it's shipping status along with tracking details via email or/and SMS.

Shipping Info
We process all our orders through our shipping partners IndiaPost or DHL Express international for express deliveries.
We deliver products all throughout the world except for the countries not mentioned at the time of checkout.
We will need your complete street address along with pin or zip code for assured deliveries of your order.
Please also keep in mind that our shipping partners are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses, APOs and FPOs.
Your orders will be delivered to you on business days.
Delivery Attempts and Return
Our Shipping partners will deliver orders at the shipping address provided at the time of placing your order, so please make sure to provide us with your complete and accurate shipping address with a valid pin or zip codes along with your mobile numbers for us to follow up with safe and secure delivery.
In most cases orders are left at door unless and otherwise specified and if in case you are unable to receive order package, our delivery partners will try and attempt to deliver your orders three times before they send it back to us.

Please Note: if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect the order from our Shipping agency, Indi.Fashion will not be liable for a refund.
Shipping Charges

We provide free shipping on all our products in India and express shipping at a very nominal charge for our international customers.

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout.

Local Taxes
Please note - Custom duties, local taxes, VAT And Carrier Charge Will Be Additional To The Invoice (if applicable). This Varies By Country and has to be paid by customer in receiving country.
Order Cancellation
If you believe that you have placed an order by mistake or you do not require it anymore, please do write us at care@indi.fashion within 24 hours of placing your orders. Please also be advised that once the order has left our wear-house, we do not have any control over it's whereabouts and the order can not be cancelled. There are no order cancellation charges.
Items not available
Item(s) not available or out of stock in an order will be cancelled in 48 hours or order placement. Full refund against item(s) will be issued back to customer's card/account. Customer will also get the notification of cancellation and refund via email.
